By accessing and using eazyloan.ca, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. eazyloan operates a comparison platform that refers your request to authorized partner lenders in Canada; eazyloan is not a lender.
1. The service
eazyloan compares the information you provide against a network of authorized partner lenders, then redirects you to the one that best matches your situation. eazyloan does not lend money, does not set amounts, rates, terms or fees, and is not a party to any loan agreement you may enter into with a partner lender. Loan approval is never guaranteed and is solely the lender's decision.
2. Eligibility
To use the application form, you must be at least 18 years old, reside in Canada, and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt its operation or security, and not to submit information that is false, fraudulent, or belongs to someone else without authorization.
4. No financial advice
Site content is provided for information only and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. Assess your ability to repay before taking on a loan, and read your lender's contract carefully.
5. Partner lenders
Any loan is entered into directly between you and the partner lender, on that lender's terms and through its own verification process (including Instant Bank Verification, IBV). eazyloan does not control and is not responsible for partner lenders' decisions, terms, service or collection practices. eazyloan may receive compensation from partner lenders.
6. No upfront fees
Using the site and submitting your request are free. eazyloan never asks for an upfront payment. If anyone demands an upfront payment in our name, it is a scam: do not pay, and report it.
7. Intellectual property
The eazyloan name, logo, text, images and page design are protected. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission, except for reasonable personal use of the site.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, eazyloan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for the acts, omissions, decisions or terms of partner lenders or linked third-party sites.
9. Third-party links
The site contains links to partner-lender sites and help resources. eazyloan is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites; review their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Privacy
The handling of your personal information is described in our privacy policy.
11. Changes
eazyloan may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the new version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Quebec, without prejudice to the rights the law grants you in your province of residence.
